Even from the beginning it has been a great experience. Ani gave me a shout less than 24 hours from when I made the maintenance request with my HOA and she was able to make my appointment the morning after which I thought was extremely efficient. The appointment time range was 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and the AC repair men got here at 10 on the dot. Loved that! Jhonis and Sergio came inside, very nice, respectful, funny and knowledgeable guys. They explained the whole process to me and explained why the AC unit was acting the way it was. They were extremely efficient and were done before 11:00 a.m. I felt so comfortable with the AC guys and trusted they would do a great job, that I went about my business and continued working as I do work from home. Im glad they are my HOAs preferred vendor and I am definitely recommending them to friends and family. Thank you again for everything!
