Eugene is very intelligent on all levels. He offered his professional advice knowing my pipes are cast iron and my home is before 1950s. He was very cautious not to damage pipes during a very delicate process. He educated me on the difference drain clearing options but recommended the safest route. He is very personable like a friend. His prices are honest and fair and he worked hard into the dark until the job was complete. Excellent workmanship and i will call him back for future plumbing projects.
