The remainder of the payment is scheduled in installments based on project milestones, with the final payment due upon satisfactory completion. We are committed to providing high-quality work that delivers excellent value for your investment. We welcome any questions you have regarding your specific project cost!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
🛠️ Our Process: From Idea to Completion Here is the typical step-by-step process we follow when working with a new customer: 1. Initial Contact & Discovery You Reach Out: You contact us through Thumbtack with details about your project (e.g., remodel, addition, repair). Quick Response: We review your request and reach out promptly to discuss the details, answer preliminary questions, and schedule a free site visit if necessary. This helps us understand the full scope of work and your goals. 2. On-Site Assessment & Proposal Site Evaluation: We visit the project location to take measurements, assess the existing conditions, and discuss materials and design ideas. Detailed Proposal: Based on the assessment, we prepare a comprehensive proposal (estimate). This document outlines the scope of work, materials to be used, estimated timeline, and a clear breakdown of the costs. Review & Approval: We review the proposal with you, address any concerns, and finalize the contract. A deposit is collected to secure your project slot and begin pre-construction work. 3. Pre-Construction & Planning Permitting: We handle the process of securing all necessary permits and inspections from local authorities. Material Sourcing: We finalize the selection and ordering of all materials, ensuring everything is ready to go before we start swinging hammers. Scheduling: A dedicated project manager establishes a detailed construction schedule and communicates the official start date to you. 4. Construction Phase Execution: Our skilled team begins work, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety. Communication: Your project manager will provide regular updates and be your single point of contact for any questions or changes. We strive to maintain a clean and organized job site. Quality Checks: We conduct ongoing quality control checks and coordinate necessary inspections as the project progresses. 5. Project Completion & Warranty Final Walkthrough: Before final payment, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations and the agreed-upon standards. Final Payment: Once you are completely satisfied, the final invoice is settled. Warranty: We stand behind our work with a standard warranty on our craftsmanship. We are always available for follow-up questions or concerns.
