- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are generally priced in the middle. We offer referral gift cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak over the phone about personal preferences, project scope and pricing. We set an appointment for an estimate and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am state licensed and every two years we update our education about Florida Building Codes and contractual requirements.
