FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest, upfront pricing with free estimates and no hidden fees. Our goal is to deliver top-quality workmanship at competitive rates, so you get the best value for your investment. We also offer military discounts and include a warranty on all of our work, so you can feel confident choosing us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer-focused from start to finish. It begins with a free estimate where we assess your needs, take measurements, and answer any questions you may have. During this visit, we take the time to explain our pricing in detail so you know exactly what you’re paying for, no hidden fees. We also go over different screen options and their specific purposes to help you choose what best fits your needs, as well as gutter color options to match your home’s aesthetic. Once you’re comfortable and approve the quote, we schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. On the day of the job, our owner is on-site to ensure everything is completed to the highest standards. We take pride in clean, efficient workmanship and treat your home with respect. After the job is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you’re 100% satisfied, and all of our work is backed by a warranty for added peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent many years in the aluminum and screening industry, working with some of Southwest Florida’s top aluminum companies where I developed my skills and earned a reputation as one of their top installers. That hands-on experience has given me extensive knowledge in gutter systems, screen enclosures, and aluminum fabrication, along with a strong understanding of proper installation techniques and long-term durability. In addition to field experience, I went through the proper process to become licensed, including receiving a referral from a well-known state-certified contractor for an aluminum company, which is a required step to obtain licensing in this trade. This ensures that my work meets industry standards and local regulations. I take pride in continuing to stay up to date with best practices and delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every job.
