Felix is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home maintenance. If you need him to build you a home, he could. He is fair, honest, and will provide you with options, as supposed to others that want to make a buck. If he can fix something without having to replace it, he will tell you. Ie... I had a plumber tell me I needed to tear out the bathroom floor to replace a piece of cast iron pipe under my toilet. Felix saw the issue and went to home depot and fixed it with a $20 platic piece made for my issue, and 5 years later, still no leaks. Great guy
