KOS did a great job of installing a ceiling lift rack in a difficult situation with rafters running in different directions. Good work at a fair price.

Kos was able to identify why rain water was coming in my back door. He was also able to retrofit new aluminum to cover existing plastic trim that was starting to deteriorate because of sun exposure. I had 2 other handymen come over to address the situation and they were not helpful. Kos was able to do exactly what I asked to make the exterior look new again. I believe it will hold up now for a very long time. Thank you for a job well done Kos

Kos did a great job with my repair. He gave me an estimate by way of email. Arrived on time, made a quality repair, and the price was customary and reasonable. I will surely use him for my next repair!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and transparent pricing based on the size and complexity of the project. There are no hidden fees, and I always discuss costs upfront before starting work. Discounts may be available for larger projects or repeat customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with discussing the customer’s project and understanding exactly what they need. Then I provide a clear estimate, timeline, and recommendations if needed. Once the work begins, I keep communication open, work efficiently, and make sure everything is completed cleanly and professionally before the final walkthrough.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, and handyman services gained through years of real job site work. I’ve worked on home repairs, installations, exterior projects, and renovations, which helped me develop strong practical skills and attention to detail.
