Kos was able to identify why rain water was coming in my back door. He was also able to retrofit new aluminum to cover existing plastic trim that was starting to deteriorate because of sun exposure. I had 2 other handymen come over to address the situation and they were not helpful. Kos was able to do exactly what I asked to make the exterior look new again.
