James conducted an inspection in the house in North Naples which we eventually bought. He was very thorough and diligent. He showed us all the problems he discovered and explained how they can affect our house. Based on his report weve got a good credit from the seller.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small Thank You to our amazing people of our country, we offer a 10% discount for military (active and non active) as well as first responders.
Inspection prices can vary from rates on page due to age of home, the rates here are assuming a home that is less than 10 years old. Please contact for a quote if needed.
Condo Inspection prices are different than posted here, typically less assuming the HOA covers certain aspects of the home. Contact for pricing or quote.
