- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small Thank You to our amazing people of our country, we offer a 10% discount for military (active and non active) as well as first responders. Inspection prices can vary from rates on page due to age of home, the rates here are assuming a home that is less than 10 years old. Please contact for a quote if needed. Condo Inspection prices are different than posted here, typically less assuming the HOA covers certain aspects of the home. Contact for pricing or quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with you to discover what is most important to you. Reviewing with you what is covered and the tools used to complete the inspection. Scheduling the inspection. Digitally sent, signed and received home inspection agreement. Payment. The Home Inspection itself. Digital report sent out within 24hrs of completed home inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice as well as a strict code of ethics. (Veiwable at InterNACHI.org website) Excellent Customer Service skills. I have completed Home Remodels/flip related work.
