- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
for initial deep cleanings, I charge a flat rate of $200 for the first 2 hours. after that,its $30 per person per hour. this structure ensures we can deliver a thorough and high quality clean. recurring cleaning rates: every 2 weeks $156 for a 2 hour cleaning Monthly $166 for a 2 hour cleaning Three- hour cleaning $199.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by talking with the customer, either on the phone or in person, to explain how we work, whats included and what they can expect.i make sure everything is clear from the start, comunication is very important to me both with my team and my clients, so the jobs run smoothly and everyone is on the same page. i like to kept things simple honest, and professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i learned everything from my mother who owns a cleaning company for nearly 20 years. ive been in business myself for over 7 years and all my experience comes from hands on work and learning from the best!
