What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning, and the condition of the property. Every home is different, so I always try to give a fair and accurate estimate. For first-time or deep cleanings, the price may be higher because they require more time and detail. Recurring weekly or biweekly clients can receive better rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by learning a little about the home and what the customer is looking for. I ask about the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of cleaning, and any areas that need special attention. If the customer prefers, I can also visit the home before the first cleaning to provide an estimate. Once everything is agreed on, we schedule the cleaning and my team arrives prepared to take care of the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning and have trained my team to follow the same standards of detail, organization, and care. Over the years, I’ve worked with different types of homes and learned the best methods and products for different surfaces and cleaning needs.
