- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price every job individually based on difficulty, prep work needed, type of finish materials/products and time that the job will require to be completed and satisfactory to our customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that first impression is the most important thing and making sure that the customer has access to all the information about myself the business and the work we provide including referrals from past customers
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fifteen years ago i was tired of working with cars( my dad owned a garage and i started to work there when I was 8yrs old) and a roommate offered me a job in Florida in the tile line of work, the pay was good and there I went, from there I started to learn from good professionals craftsman how to make most of the things that now I know
