Introduction: Hey guys I’m Cuban Mike. I have 25 years experience in the restaurant business. I am a first generation born CubanAmerican. I am passionate and love what I do. My recipes are my 86 year old grandmothers recipes, that she has fine tuned over the last 75 years. My goal is to provide Authentic Cuban Cuisine, at an affordable price. We also offer an Authentic Cuban Pig Roast experience, where we roast a pig outdoor in a pit Cuban Style with all Authentic Cuban sides. I also have Plenty of Experience in many other Cuisines, American Casual & Formal, Italian, French, American Southern, Thai, Chinese, and Japanese, I also do fresh Sushi with only High Sushi Grade Fish.
