Hi Angelique, we’re genuinely surprised by this review because it does not reflect what was communicated during the move. Throughout the job, you repeatedly told our crew they were doing a great job, and no damage was brought to their attention while they were there. The other people present also did not report any damage. After the guys were 10 minutes before being done , you contacted us about a very small area on the granite tabletop. We reviewed the photo carefully with the crew and did not find evidence that the condition shown was caused by the movers. The area pictured was smaller than a dime and appeared more consistent with pre-existing surface wear/debris than impact damage from moving. What was especially confusing was that our crew was receiving positive feedback from you throughout the move, while we later received a very different account. When we contacted the crew about the alleged damage, they were surprised because no concern had been mentioned to them at the property until we informed them about the claim you made. We take legitimate damage claims seriously and always review them fairly, but we cannot provide a discount simply because damage is alleged when the available information does not support that our crew caused it.
