I’m giving a 3 star review simply because the work that they actually did was great. I hired these individuals to put some hedges in at my house along with some palm trees. The first day they were supposed to be there they no showed and didn’t return my messages or calls. The next day they gave multiple excuses as to why but that they were coming the next day. They show up on the third day and start placing everything where it goes only to tell me that there’s been a miscalculation and that all of a sudden the price of everything doubled because “they had not bought clusia bushes in a while” and quoted me the wrong price. They didn’t finish installing all of my palm trees and so on Monday they were supposed to come in and finish. Once again no show, didn’t return my messages, and no calls back to me. Completely lost with their communication, their schedule, and apparently their pricing. Like I said the work they did was good. But everything else was completely subpar.
