We recently moved to Naples, Florida and needed to replace five windows with hurricane impact windows. After meeting with Victor from Windows for Life, we knew we were in good hands.Because we couldnt do the entire house at once, Victor helped us prioritize the four north-facing front windows that take the brunt of both hurricanes and our daily Florida thunderstorms. We also wanted to upgrade the back of the house by combining two single-hung windows into one large 6 x 5 picture window, and Victor confirmed it would be a great improvement both structurally and aesthetically.From the beginning, Victor was upfront, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He clearly explained the entire process, including waterproofing, new wood buck installation, timeline expectations, permits, and payment schedule. Everything happened exactly as promised including the estimated five-week turnaround.The installation team was courteous, hardworking, and very detail-oriented. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and the final county inspection process went smoothly.We could not be happier with our new PGT hurricane impact windows.
