- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most on-site visits have a $149 minimum; remote troubleshooting starts at $99. Business automation audits start at $199. Missed-call text-back and booking starters generally begin at $499. AI receptionist, CRM, and automated booking website projects are quoted after scoping and commonly start around $900-$1,500. Equipment, subscriptions, usage fees, materials, parking, and extended travel are separate and approved first. I do not provide licensed electrical, alarm, or in-wall electrical work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, send the desired outcome, current website, CRM, phone or calendar tools, screenshots, location, and timing. I confirm fit and likely scope. For AI receptionist or booking projects, I map the call and lead flow, qualification rules, calendar, and fallback path; build and test with sample leads; and get approval before anything customer-facing goes live. For on-site technology or AV, send equipment models and room photos; I diagnose, configure, test, and train you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is practical and hands-on: years of operating recording studios, configuring audio and video systems, troubleshooting computers and connected equipment, and building websites, booking systems, CRMs, and automations for service businesses. I stay current with modern recording, conferencing, streaming, networking, and business software, and I explain the setup in plain language.
