Allisian came out, gave a 30 min and 10 min warning text so I could put my dogs up.
My last AC guy just came out once a year to flush my system, and said that was normal.
Allisian instead decided to investigate why, and discovered a lot of build up on my coils and blower. He cleaned everything and installed preventatives to avoid it getting that way again in the future.
Thorough and above and beyond.
