William was excellent! I highly recommend him. He disassembled a standard headboard and frame and assembled a newly purchased Murphy bed for me in it's place. There were some minor issues with the install (faulty hardware and stud/concerete wall) at no fault of William. He did consult with me every step of the way and came up with solutions which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely hire him again. Thank you, William! :D
