- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing for basic flooring starts at $3.00 per sqft. This price will vary mostly according to the actual prep of the job and the colors and patterns choosen. Preparation is crucial to the products durability and life span.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. It is very important to understand what the customer is looking for as an end result. We use various samples and many visual guides to help find that result. Epoxy flooring patterns and colors can tend to shift on their own during installation which actually contributes to the unique beauty of each floor. Our mission is to fully understand the desired appearance and bring it to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As with any skilled trade, experience is key. We attend several product demonstration seminars and courses introducing the latest products available, but nothing will replace the value of true hands on, trial and error, experience. As each and every floor must be approached uniquely from the beginning of the project, the finishing steps are a very methodical process and must be followed to ensure best results.
