The service is very good and rescued my grill, which I was certain I needed to replace. One star was withheld because I had to clean the back burner unit. I advised the company to consider adding it to their scope of work. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Bar-B-Clean and the tech Doug that came to clean my grill. Easy to schedule, great communication and he arrived on time. I appreciated how he kept the work area clean and was meticulous. Super friendly guy that knew what he was doing! It took longer than I expected but my grill has never looked better. Seriously like a brand new grill. Doug was honest with his recommendations for what needed to be fixed/replaced and I didnt feel like he was trying to upsell me. They ordered new grill grates for me at a discount and delivered them to my door. Impressed with this company and will use again! Thanks Bryce & Doug!

Great service! I kept putting off cleaning my grill and decided to reach out to have someone do it for me. I wish I did this sooner as Im not sure my grill was this clean when I bought it. Haha! Will definitely be reaching out again. Thank you all!
