I believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no surprises. Every quote is based on the type of notarization, travel distance, and any applicable Florida notary fees. You’ll always know the cost before we schedule your appointment. Evening and weekend appointments are available, and I strive to provide excellent value through prompt, professional, and reliable service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact me, I’ll confirm the type of document you need notarized, your preferred location, and a convenient appointment time. I’ll explain what identification is required and answer any questions about the notarization process. I arrive on time, verify identity, complete the notarization in accordance with Florida law, and ensure your documents are handled professionally and confidentially.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public and a Certified Loan Signing Agent. Before starting Methodica Notary & Signing Services, I spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry, where attention to detail, confidentiality, compliance, and exceptional customer service were essential. That experience allows me to handle important documents with professionalism and accuracy.
