Many homeowners are unaware that an A/C system can generate up to five gallons of condensation per day. After experiencing several condensate leaks within a two year period, I contacted Jonathan at Restoration Renovations for a professional evaluation. Although we believed our moisture issues had been resolved, he quickly identified underlying problems we had not detected.He inspected behind the A/C unit an area I had never thought to check and discovered that the entire side wall had been compromised by mold, and the baseboards showed signs of water damage. Once the wall was opened, he also found moisture intrusion extending into our master bathroom and behind the porous vanity. I am genuinely grateful we reached out when we did; the damage could have escalated significantly had it gone unnoticed.Jonathan also replaced the baseboards affected by water intrusion in the laundry room and completed a drywall repair where a section had previously been removed in an attempt to locate the leak. His diligence, thoroughness, and attention to detail were exceptional.I highly recommend Jonathan and Restoration Renovations to anyone facing similar issues. Thank you again for your outstanding service.

Xtreme Pro Services is a great company to work with. They are super responsive, well priced and the quality of the work was excellent. I had three ceiling fans replaced, all the smoke alarms replaced and leaking toilet repaired, the work was completed the day after I contacted Xtreme. Johnathan installed three fans and fixed a shower faucet that he had to cut a hole in the wall to access it. I tried to have all the parts but he had to make some trips for supplies. Always kept me up to date when he was arriving and quick to respond to my initial request (came out less than 24 hours). I am new to the area and was nervous to find someone honest and qualified. I plan to use Jonathan in the near future for other projects. I highly recommend him.
