FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing per notary stamp is regulated by the state of Florida at $10 per stamp or $25 for a Remote Online Notarization. All other charges one incurs as a Mobile Notary help cover the cost of training, gas, insurance (both car and business), administrative fees, and the time the notary spends assisting the client. We will attempt to provide you with an accurate quote; however, if circumstances change, the cost may be adjusted. All costs will be transparent before the transaction takes place. For your and my protection, I carry a $25K Bond, I have $100K Notary Errors and Omissions Insurance, and $250K Loan Signing Agent Errors and Omissions Insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to be as open and transparent about what is happening as possible. All costs and fees will be discussed prior to any work being conducted, so that the client has the utmost knowledge of what will proceed. There will be no unexpected expenses that pop up at the last moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained and certified by the National Notary Association as a Loan/Notary Signing Agent. This credential is among the highest available, and most signing companies prefer it over others. I am also trained as an Apostille agent through the Lawrence Institute for Notaries in Philadelphia, PA. I practice and continue my education as a member of the American Guild of Notaries Public and many Notary Communities online, with constant certifications available.
