I can provide signed/certified structural drawings/blueprints from a Florida licensed structural engineer. You need signed blueprints to get permits for any plumbing, electrical work, and structural modifications. $ Cheap $ Digital CAD work, Garage Conversion Plans, millwork shop drawings, CAD file revisions, basic plan setup only/no blueprints.

ArchiDraft exceeded my expectations. Gihan schedule a mutually convenient time to meet for aninitial site visit. he came prepared with equipment and and high tech 3D sanner. He provided initial drawings for review in a few days. He then incorporated some changes and provided a final design set. Gihan was very responsive and helpful to question I had along the way. I'd definitely recommend ArchiDraft.
