- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount for law enforcement and military, active or retired. My walks start at 10.00 for a basic 15 minute walk. However for 18.00 your pet can have a 30 minute visit with food/water refreshed and some play or cuddle time. I try to keep the prices reasonable to gain loyalty, without sparing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a meet and greet and I bring a form to take note of your pet’s needs. I want to know if your pet has any fears or aversions, and where I can find all their comforts in the home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked odd shifts and I know what it’s like to worry about a pet waiting at home. I have taken care of pets for family and close friends so they can travel with no worries.
