I would use On the go Pet Services again. Jessica not only was able to accommodate at last minute. My dog who is shy, easily warmed up to her. The price was very reasonable and she spoiled my cat with an a massage right behind the ears.

Jessica came over and took care of my little princess and my Sissy. She did such an awesome job. They love her they are so relaxed on their walks. Sissy is 12 years old now so Jessica nows how to be gentle and loving towards her, but Jessica can still keep up with Princess. I definitely trust Jessica with my fur babies.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount for law enforcement and military, active or retired. My walks start at 10.00 for a basic 15 minute walk. However for 18.00 your pet can have a 30 minute visit with food/water refreshed and some play or cuddle time. I try to keep the prices reasonable to gain loyalty, without sparing quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a meet and greet and I bring a form to take note of your pet’s needs. I want to know if your pet has any fears or aversions, and where I can find all their comforts in the home.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked odd shifts and I know what it’s like to worry about a pet waiting at home. I have taken care of pets for family and close friends so they can travel with no worries.
