Outstanding Service and Craftsmanship!
We recently had the pleasure of working with American Painting & Repairs, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Owner Charles DaCosta was courteous, timely, and thoroughly professional from start to finish. His brother Mike came to our home in Tavares and conducted a sharp, knowledgeable field assessment of water-damaged stucco in one corner of our house. Without delay, he began the necessary repairs—completing the job within an hour!
They used professional-grade equipment and the correct bonding agent for stucco repair, which the previous homeowner had unfortunately skipped. That oversight had allowed water to permeate and damage the wall, but Charles and Mike addressed it with precision and care. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of their work speaks volumes.
My wife and I are already planning to have them back to paint and seal the repaired area, as well as tackle other stucco issues around the home. Charles & his Brother Mike did an excellent job on repairing/replacing the stucco on my home where the small balcony (8’x4’) had been removed. The stucco replaced was approximately 8’ x 2’ but had to be integrated into the exesting stucco wall. The workmanship was superb, scheduling was easy and the price was reasonable! I would highly recommend American Painting & Stucco.

I reached out to Charles for help patching an area of our stucco that was removed to fix a hose bibb. He was very responsive and came out to fix the stucco quickly. Repair looks great. I would definitly recomend American Painting and Repair.
