Robert was very responsive to my request. That set the tempo for all his actions. He communicated throughout each step in getting my garage door repaired.
My springs needed to be replaced and he replaced them with powder coated ones. Gave me confidence that these were going to last.
He has a lot of pride in his work and it was demonstrated.

The workers discovered the problem (spring) with my garage door immediately and explained the problem and needed repair. They also recommended upgrades to other moving parts (I live near ocean)which I was in agreement with. The total repair took only two hours. Maintenance issues were discussed which was much appreciated.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to send a technician to the customer's home at no charge to provide a free written estimate on the cost of repairs. If the customer chooses to get the repair work done, we are able to provide the repairs immediately, often getting a customer's door working within the hour.
