- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Painting & Pressure Washing costs varies from client to client. We ask detailed questions on the services that you need and the square footage of the home. We provide free estimates via phone, email or in person. We carry warranties on our work and back up our work 100%. Possible extra charges can be Drywall repair, wall paper removal, furniture removable beyond normal size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Of course our goal is to keep you on budget and give you quality workmanship. We know, though, that your most precious possession is your family. It's important to find a licensed, bonded and insured company like ours that works to ensure your peace of mind. We also understand that you are inviting people into your home that you don't know, so, we only use our family members so we know is coming into your home. JBM is someone you can hire, trust, and recommend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Robert has been in this business for over 20 years. We have seen a lot of different homes with all kinds of damage, mold, termites etc. We have painted homes in every condition over the last several years so nothing will surprise us. we are trained for this so your home will look like a new home when we are done. We don't leave until you are satisfied.
