I keep pricing transparent and aligned with outcomes. Every business is different, so pricing depends on the scope, goals, and systems needed to support growth. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages or hidden fees. In many cases, I can bundle services (website, SEO, ads, automation) to create better value long-term. My focus is always on ROI — building systems that pay for themselves, not just monthly retainers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation, not a pitch. I want to understand your business, your goals, and where things may be breaking down. From there: We identify gaps and opportunities I outline a clear plan and recommended strategy We build or optimize the systems needed (website, lead capture, follow-up, ads, automation) We launch, track results, and adjust for performance The goal is clarity, execution, and momentum — without overcomplicating things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over 20 years in digital marketing, technology, and systems-based growth. My background includes working with large organizations, including Fortune 50 companies, where performance, experimentation, and measurable outcomes mattered. Beyond formal experience, I’m constantly learning — staying up to date with SEO changes, advertising platforms, AI automation, and CRM systems — so my clients don’t have to.
