The focus of my counseling strategies is on important relationship cornerstones that allow a family or couple to thrive. This includes healthy communication, overcoming past offenses, learning more about ourselves in the relationship, and learning new relationship management strategies. These strategies enable us to successfully navigate conflict or avoid it altogether. This allows the relationship to begin the necessary healing process. Healing helps us let our guard down, allowing us to open up and freely love and be loved once again.
