Introduction: Loria has been a resident of Central Florida for over 25 years with an extensive background working with buyers and sellers since she focuses on creating value for her clients each step of the way. After graduating from Rollins College in 2003, she began her sales career in the pharmaceutical and medical fields. As much as she enjoyed working with a clinical staff helping people, she was always interested in the real estate business, so she switched her focus to helping people with one of the most important investments of their lives. . . their home.
Understanding the decision to buy a home might be a stressful one, Loria's approach is to make each client feel like the only client with open communication, integrity, and reliability. Loria's clients receive a positive experience from "hello" to "congratulations on your new home!"
Loria lives in central Florida with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Loria has volunteered at several local schools, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and shares her passion with her family to actively foster animals for Animal Advocates of FL, specializing in needy puppies. (it's a thing)
