The coordination and responsiveness is excellent. My home just needed a small fascia trim repair and after being declined by a few companies for being too small of a job, Axion didn't think it was too small for them. Bristol DeCell was very good at explaining the options and scheduling the repair. I highly recommend them for any of your roof repair or installation needs

Every text was always answered, and that was from October 2020, to Match 2021! Yes, the insurance company refused to pay, if not for the expertise of Axiom's knowledge on handling this kind of business refusal, we would've never had the insurance company pay for our roof. They got an attorney that was so knowledgeable, the insurance company's attorney didn't have a chance to deny our claim!!!! Many thanks to Axiom contractors for their exceptional, never ending, persistent work to getting the insurance to do what is expected from an insurance company, take care of their policy holder!

We are known to be fair in our pricing. We work hard for the client to ensure their comfortable with our prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call is made to make certain all timeframes work for the customer. Free inspection is provided. Discussion with the customer about what was found on their roof. Customers comfort level is always first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Account Managers are Haag Certified. This is considered the rolls royce of roofing knowledge.
