- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are known to be fair in our pricing. We work hard for the client to ensure their comfortable with our prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call is made to make certain all timeframes work for the customer. Free inspection is provided. Discussion with the customer about what was found on their roof. Customers comfort level is always first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Account Managers are Haag Certified. This is considered the rolls royce of roofing knowledge.
