We are reliable. If we say we are going to be there at a certain time, we will be there. We are a safety conscious company. We are holding ourselves to the highest standards of safety. All of our employees are required to attend a chainsaw safety course and become certified before they are allowed on the job sites. Our clean up is second to none. We take great pride in our final clean up to make your lawn as if we were never there. I enjoy everything. Tree work is in my blood. I just can't imagine doing anything else.

Dave was flexible with scheduling and was able to fit me in within a week. He evaluated the job in person in advance, and asked questions to clarify the specific outcome I wanted. The job ended up being considerably more complex and time consuming than anticipated, but Dave stuck to his original thumbtack quote anyways. The results were outstanding, even better than I had expected! I couldn't be more pleased!

Very reasonable pricing & excellent service. Removed the limbs I wanted removed & knew which limbs should be removed. Hauled away all debris down to the smallest twigs. Will definitely use again.

Dave handled a large tree downed by hurricane Matthew. He did it quickly and at a very reasonable price. He also helped one of our neighbors with an issue while he was there. He hauled everything away, and it look now like nothing ever happened there. We would call on him again in an instant. (His quote was the most reasonable as well). In fact, we were so happy with his work that my neighbor joined me in upping the amount we offered him because he worked non-stop to get the job done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tree is different so its hard to generalize a pricing system. It usually depends on hazards such as electrical lines, being close or over a house, and the overall difficulty of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to see the tree before i put a price on it so that the customer gets the best deal possible Once a price is agreed upon i set up a day and time that is convenient for the customer for us to perform the work. We show up at that day and time, do the work, make sure the customer is satisfied and then and only then do we collect any money. We do not accept payments of any kind until our work is complete and the customer is happy.

More than 15 years experience. Countless training and safety seminars. Staying up to date with the latest technologies in arbor care and safety
