- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer in home consults for a $100 charge which gets applied to the cost of the project. Because everything we do is custom, we work together on your needs and desired to establish a formal quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we discuss the project at length, if necessary take measurements. We then build a formal quote. Upon acceptance of the quote, we request a 50% deposit. Once we receive the deposit, we place your project in queue and work on design renderings. Upon approval of the renderings, we commence you project! Timelines can take anywhere from 1 week to several months depending on the complexity and nature of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have one of the finest skilled craftsman in all of Florida! Terrence Wolston, a former attorney at law has been refining his craft over the last 10 years and has produced dozens of beautiful pieces of furniture and exquisite kitchen, bath and office cabinetry projects.
