Mike is the personification of 5 star customer service. Within 2-3hrs of my inquiry Mike showed up to my residence and did a full diagnosis of my issue. His attention to detail and ability to articulate how my appliance works was very impressive. He then gave me a demonstration on how to operate and how to perform maintenance of my fridge in the future. We charge a $75 service fee for diagnostics service calls. Parts and labor are billed separately. All work comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.

We start with a $105 diagnostic visit, during which we inspect the appliance or AC unit and identify the issue. After the assessment, we provide a clear estimate for the cost of parts and labor.
