I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable personal chef experience with Sam for my husband Marcus's 30th birthday, and I can’t rave enough about it! In celebration of his special day and honoring his Japanese heritage, we enjoyed an exquisite ethnic Japanese meal that delighted our senses from start to finish. From the moment Sam arrived, we felt like we were in for a treat. He brought an exceptional level of professionalism and warmth, making the experience even more enjoyable. The evening began with a beautifully crafted menu that set the tone for the night—everything from the appetizers to the dessert was thoughtfully curated. We started with a comforting miso soup that warmed our hearts and souls—a velvety blend of flavors that was both nourishing and satisfying. Each bite was a delightful preview of the culinary journey we were about to embark on. Next up was delectable dumplings that were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor and paired beautifully with a soy dipping sauce that had just the right amount of zing. Then came the main course: a mouthwatering Beef Yakisoba that was stir-fried to perfection. The noodles were incredibly flavorful, with just the right amount of tenderness, and topped with fresh green onions that added a lovely crunch. As if the meal couldn’t get any better, we were treated to a show-stopping dessert—an indulgent banana pudding cheesecake. This heavenly creation melted in our mouths and had our taste buds screaming for more! The creamy texture, balanced sweetness, and delightful crunch of the cookie crust made it the perfect ending to a spectacular meal. Sam was very professional from the beggining with Communication he always ask questions.what ever you ask for to cook he really makes it so delish and he cooks exactly what ask for. He also comes to the event early and preps. If you are looking for a private chef who professional and worth the money book him he makes the food so delish and it's so great booking a private chef you will feel you are eating a top resturant! He is five star or more of a chef , you won't regret it!

I had the absolute BEST experience with our Thanksgiving dinner this year, thanks to this amazing caterer! From start to finish, everything was truly 10/10. The food was exceptional — full of rich, delicious flavor in every bite. The turkey was hands down the most moist and perfectly seasoned I’ve ever had, and the ham struck the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The entire spread was beautifully prepared and tasted just as incredible as it looked. And let me not forget dessert — the three flavored tarts were the perfect finishing touch! Each one was delectable and showed the same level of care and quality as the rest of the meal. My family and I were beyond satisfied.
