It is very unlikely that I will write reviews however I felt inclined to do so with Prime Villas Florida.My families experience with management companies has not been pleasant in the past, however, Omar & Sammie have truly given us faith again in the property management sector.They made us feel so comfortable from day one. I had an outstanding experience with this property management company during my stay in one of their rental homes in Davenport Florida, all thanks to the fantastic owners, Sammie and Omar. From the moment I booked the property to the day I checked out, their team provided exceptional service. The property was immaculate, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations.But what truly stood out was the personalized care they provided. As a family with a young daughter, Sammie and Omar went above and beyond by providing a stroller for our use during our stay, making our travels around the area and at Disney so much more convenient. This small but incredibly thoughtful gesture made us feel like valued guests.Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay were evident in every interaction we had. They manage my property in Florida for me. As an out of country investor its very important to me that I trust my PM. Prime is a great company, the owners are amazing people and I have had 0 issues in the last year that Ive used them. I highly recommend them to anyone I know in Canada looking to rent a vacation home.

If I could give 6 stars I would!!I cant say enough good things about Prime Villas Florida! After a previous bad experience with a large management company, I was hesitant, but choosing Prime Villas was the best decision I made for my vacation home in Davenport, Florida. Sammie & Omar treat my home as if it were their own, providing exceptional care and attention to detail. Their open and honest communication is a breath of fresh air, and it has truly made all the difference. We used prime villas Florida for a quick getaway. The owners made it really easy to book. The place was very clean with lots of amenities and close to the attractions. We will definitely be staying there again.
