- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the pets and see exactly where I'm going to know how long it will take me to get to your pet(s). Most importantly to make sure we are all comfortable with each other!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing Pet Sitting/Dog Walking/House Sitting for 20 years now. My first job was at 16 on a farm with ducks and chickens. Eggs hatching and collected daily. Horses, parrots, dogs, peacocks, ferrets, prairie dog! I fell in love with all of it! The duck would protect me from the mean chicken, while other chickens would jump on my arm to eat out of my hand! All their personalities! It made cleaning all that poop worth it!
