Pedro and his crew are hand down the best. I had 3 estimates done for drywall and vaulted ceiling finishing for after we removed the popcorn and had mold damage. Pedro was the best at pointing out and explaining everything that needed to be done and what to expect during the process. He also had a very reasonable bid for the work. I chose to work with him based on his hundreds of 5 star reviews and years of experience. He didn’t disappoint and even went above and beyond. I had multiple change orders during the process due to mold remediation and he even found that we had water leaking from outside the stucco! He could have easily overcharged me since he was already doing the work, but instead he was incredibly reasonable and fair. Now, to the best part. His quality of work exceeded expectations and more. The ceiling is perfect and the walls are smooth as a baby’s bum. I’m still calling him about painting and other things. Guess what, he still answers and spends the time to help me even though he doesn’t have to. His communication is always quick and he is more than upfront if something is going on or when he is going to arrive. Needless to say, save yourself time and headache - just hire Super Stars Interior Design!

Pedro and his crew were amazing to work with! Pedro was very prompt in providing an estimate for the drywall repairs we needed done in our kitchen and bathroom. Pedro (Super Star Interior Designs) and his disciplined, hard-working crew did a phenomenal job of my textured and smooth ceilings, repairing multiple cracks, a couple of them being over 20 feet long, and matching the texture perfectly. They protected the job site meticulously and, when the job was completed, they cleaned up all the debris and even mopped the floor. The price was very reasonable for the superior quality and finishing delivered and the careful prep work they did to protect everything in the work area. Pedro is committed to customer satisfaction and he will not call the job completed until you are 100% satisfied.. Pedro will be the one I will be calling for all my future ceiling finishing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I have for popcorn removal and knock down texture is . $0.99 cents a square foot, but the house or apartment has to be empty, 8ft to 10ft tall, and also at least 1,400 sqft. If the house is not empty I have to see it in or to calculate time and price, if the house has higher ceilings than 10ft I also rather see it for a better calculating and to see if I need scaffolding, same if it has sky lights or wood floors, all this things change the price a little higher not much but.. is better to see the house and get the right price from the start...

To explain the process and walk everything thru so there no misunderstandings

I studied 1yr and 1/2 of college for construction and I been working on remodeling since 2001
