- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based on your specific needs based on the pest problem. Our Initial Service always includes a follow-up visit. We guarantee all of our services to your satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get as much information as possible on our initial phone conversation. When we arrive, a comprehensive inspection is made to determine a plan of action. Then we will explain in detail what is needed to control the pest in question. We will explain what you can expect from the treatments proposed and time needed for control. We always provide free of charge a follow-up visit to make sure the problem is controlled. At that time we make recommendations for future preventative service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 34 years of experience in the pest control industry, we know how to control pests that try to get into your home or infest your property. PDQ Pest Professionals is licensed by the State of Florida. We maintain a certification in General Household Pests, Rodent Control and Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control and care.
