I had an emergency and had to reschedule on day they were supposed to clean. Texted them first thing early morning @8am. they were supposed to be here at 12. Texted several times and called twice. I apologized for needing to reschedule and asked to schedule for next day @ 2pm. It's now a lot later in day and despite my many texts and calls no response. This is very poor customer service. Maybe they didn't even plan on showing in first place. I don't understand why they would ignore me and provide no response whatsoever. Please think twice about doing business with them.

Hello Cindy, it is a pleasure for us to be able to help you with what you told us, schedule a Sunday at 12 noon, and remember that you left us a message that same day and we saw your message, we called you immediately but it sent us to voicemail, and then you called us, we were very busy so we called you again, the same thing happened, it sent us to voicemail, but we were the ones who left you a call first... and if you called you at that time it was to schedule a day for your cleaning because the next day we were already busy... for that reason we left a message responding that we couldn't do it at that time... we could only clean it at 9 am on the day that you had indicated 2 pm and you... you didn't answer our message... even if you were left in doubt and only responded with a question mark... I'm sorry for the inconvenience, perhaps we couldn't understand each other.
