- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on square footage, surface type, and level of buildup. We do not compete to be the cheapest — we compete on quality and safety. There are no hidden fees. Quotes are transparent and provided upfront. We occasionally offer bundled service pricing when multiple areas are cleaned at the same time (house + driveway, etc.). The price reflects professional equipment, proper chemical use, insurance coverage, and care taken to protect your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick consultation to understand the scope (home size, surfaces, problem areas). 2. Provide clear pricing upfront. 3. Schedule service. 4. On arrival, protect plants and surrounding areas. 5. Apply soft wash solution safely and evenly. 6. Final rinse and walk-through. Payment is due upon completion once the customer is satisfied with the results. We keep the process simple, clear, and professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained specifically in soft washing methods and chemical application for residential exterior cleaning. Understanding proper sodium hypochlorite ratios, dwell times, surfactant use, and surface compatibility is critical in Florida’s climate. Beyond equipment knowledge, I operate with professional systems, safety procedures, and insured business practices to ensure homeowners are protected. Exterior cleaning done incorrectly can cause oxidation, streaking, and surface damage — so proper technique matters.
