Mike was great! At first I was skeptical because I was looking for someone to remove a hot tub and back fill it with concrete, but he shows up as a Plumbing and A/C service. But he gave me an excellent quote and seemed to know what he was talking about and had done jobs like it before, so I decided to hire him. He knocked it out in about 6 hours while I was at work. He even did a little extra work by cutting the concrete where the pool was to make it smooth and straight so I could lay brick pavers. And the icing on the cake?.....he accepts credit cards! I rarely come across self-employed contractors who take credit cards (which is my preferred method of payment), so this was huge for me. Fast, friendly and has a great work ethic. HIGHLY recommend. Mike was awesome. He responded right away and was completely honest in his assessment of my plumbing problem. The issue I was having was in the main water line in my front yard. He came to my home even though I wasn't there and worked for 2 hours in the rain to assess the situation. He determined that there was equipment issues that the water company should be responsible for. So, I called the water company and they fixed the issue. I really appreciate the fact that Mike told the truth. He saved me hundreds of dollars since of course the water company had to fix everything for free. He kept in touch with me via text and made sure that if the water company couldn't fix the problem, he would return to see if he could help me. Whats even more amazing is that Mike's work ethic and professionalism is such that he insisted that I don't pay him since he technically didnt' "fix" my problem. What a gentleman! Of course, I'm going to have to convince him to let me pay something for his services. I would definately use him again and recommend him highly. A good plumber is hard to find and this one's a keeper.

Mike and Mike Jr were very professional. They explained the job and what it entailed so there were no surprises. Mike needed to cut a hole in my wall to access the pipes. I was expecting a huge mess, but Mike made a hole just large enough to do the work and then left his work space spotless when he left. I highly recommend this duo, they do great work.
