This week I had the pleasure of Jim and The National Plastering team. They came fix tornado damage to my house and wall. The entire experience was very professional start to finish. Jim and team offered many suggestions and ideas. Cleanup was so impressive, it was like they were never there. We could not be happier with the finished product. James is great! He showed up the same day I spoke with him and actually did the work that day! My job is small, but growing, and he’s on top of it all. He’s very nice, left a very clean work area and explained the process in a really clear way. He came up with a great way to solve an exterior door threshold and riser. He’s also patient with my dogs, who are high maintenance when it comes to strangers. Of the many contractors and/or subs I’ve worked with over the years, he’s definitely one of the good ones!
