Max came to our home to diagnose the issue on a weekend and returned to complete the job the following day after getting the necessary part. Max was willing to do the research and go chase parts when it was realized that the electric and water connections were not the same as the previous install. As such we were able to accomplish the install within a few hours which met my expectations.
