We take a lot of pride in what we do. Insuraclean certified Restoration is one of the three businesses in our family and carpet cleaning has, is and always will be what we are most proud of. Also, we feel after 20 years of experience in this field, we have seen almost everything. Giving us the edge over the next guy. Finally, we still believe being honest with our customers in every situation, whether good or bad, is a must! I think the thing I like most about my job is taking something that appears ruined and restoring it to near mint condition. The carpet looking great is one thing, but in homes where children are present; the carpet looking great is just the start. In most homes, our kids can be the ones exposed to the germs and mold that can grow in carpet if it's not cleaned on a regular basis. So, leaving our customers with a clean house is good, but giving them piece of mind is what we like most.

I used Thumbtack services to get quotes on carpet cleaning and although a little skeptical about the type of job Iâd get since the price was so low, I went ahead and hired Insuraclean. Iâve never hired a professional carpet cleaning company because Iâve always rented a carpet cleaner and did it myself. I recently had people living with me who were complete filth and the carpet was atrocious after they moved out. I did not have the time or energy to give it the cleaning it truly needed therefore I opted to have a professional do it. I assumed that no matter where I went or how much money I paid to get the job done, I wasnât going to get what I truly wanted due to the condition of the carpet. I also felt that once they came, they would increase the price after they seen the work that was cut out for them and if they didnât increase the price, they would definitely do a quick job and tell me it wasnât going to come any cleaner. I was wrong on so many levels!! I was taken back and overwhelmed with joy when I seen the outcome. I honestly felt like I should have paid him triple what he charged. Todd not only provided outstanding service but took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the job that was done. He was professional, fast, efficient and extremely courteous. I will definitely refer this company and keep them for the long term. Thank you Insuraclean, youâve done an impeccable job and made a lasting impression!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The truth is, most companies in this field offer the same services. The type of machines and products may differ, but basically the results are all similar. Some companies will tell you that they have state of the art equipment allowing them to charge more and do a much better job than the next guy. I can honestly say that the smallest and cheapest machine we have can clean carpet just as good as the most expensive machine we have. The only difference is the time it will take and how much experience the person has operating that machine.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As I mentioned earlier, the back bone of what we do is carpet, upholstery and tile/ grout cleaning. However, we also provide Emergency water removal, cleanup and water extracting services/restoration services. Mold remediation, mold removal, dehumidification, sanitizing & deodorization.
