- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on three factors: the fence style and height, the total linear footage of the project, and the number of gates needed. We'll walk you through all of this during your estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a site visit to understand what you're looking for and measure the property with a measuring wheel. From there, we put together a detailed estimate and send it to you by email. Once you're happy with everything, you can sign it electronically to get things moving. We can also help with HOA approval if needed before scheduling your installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner, Scott Gilligan, has over 20 years of experience in the fence industry, beginning in wholesale fence manufacturing where he managed a vinyl fence fabrication department. New Tampa Fence was founded in 2012, bringing that deep product knowledge directly to installations and custom fabrication.
