They are an amazing family owned business. They helped replace our whole downstairs with laminate flooring and replaced our bedroom with new carpet. They provide reasonable quotes and is overall just a great business. A year went by and we needed something repaired and the owner was at our door the next day and didnt charge us a thing. I couldnt recommend this company more to anyone!

So easy. By far the easiest connection and job completion with any thumbtack professional. I posted the job, he responded and gave me a quote within minutes (unlike other places which ask for an “at home visit” before offering a simple quote), set up the project to be completed three days later. He showed up on time and finished the project in a few hours. The floors are perfect. I’d definitely recommend this company and I’ll use them again for any flooring issues that come up. Nice guys as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair. We will never overprice you, or underprice either. We work with some flooring providers that will be able to give you some material discounts as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the person, learn what they want and what are their goals. After that I’ll try and get some samples so they can pick something out. If they don’t like any of the samples, or if they already have something picked out, that is not a problem. Next step is scheduling, then project time!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied for 4 years in Brazil Material Engineering. That helps when it comes to material quality and subfloor analysis. My dad was an industrial engineer in Brazil.
